Development Capability:

There are 52 R&D engineers & technicians in NorStark, including 8 experienced senior R&D engineers with more than 10 years OEM or axle assembly plant experiences. NorStark R&D team research and develop products with systematic perspectives of vehicle development, driving system development and boundary identification, also establish the long term cooperation with Jilin University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, etc., which are well-known universities in China.

Engineering Verification Capabilities

• Axle housing bench verification and high grade casting iron material technology testing capabilities.

• Axle housing vertical static strength & stiffness test bench, axle housing vertical bending fatigue test bench, axle housing brake transverse fatigue test bench, traction bar bracket fatigue test bench and 16/12/8 channel road simulation test bench.

• The physical and chemical lab of materials has the ability to detect & analyze chemical composition, physical properties and metallographic structure and the S-N curve test capability of stress fatigue for materials.
