NorStark is the leader in the filed of integrated high grade ductile iron casting axle housings. With strong focus in R&D and heavily invested in manufacturing, NorStark is an expert in ductile iron materials: QT700-10, QT800-8, QT900-6, QT1000-5,etc and New vacuum process casting.
NorStark started to innovate and develop integrated high grade ductile iron casting axle housing to replace stamp welding axle housing since 2016. During R&D process, 1206 axle housing were trial-manufactured, and 123,000,000 times bench tests were carried out in total. Since meeting the market, aggregated sales is 82,600 pcs with 0 failure.
NorStark has a capacity of 380,000 pcs/year for casting, and 400,000 pcs/year for mechanical Processing.
NorStark is an international player, with manufacturing base in China and service across the world. NorStark is currently serving more than 90% of the commercial vehicle players in China, such as FAW Jiefang, Beijing Foton-Daimler, Dongfeng and Geely commercial vehicles. All of them have equipped NorStark axle housing in mass production.
