In the process of mechanical processing, use Renishaw infrared probe to automatically measure workepiece, and ensure accuracy of the products and mutual position. Measurement accuracy is 1μm, the resolution ratio is 1μm.

Maposs Automatic Measuring Instrument

In the grinding process, use Maposs automatic measuring toll to measure the axle housing diameter in real time. Compensate the influence from the coolant temperature change on the measurement accuracy through electronic unit, and the measurement accuracy reaches 1μm.

Axle housing Comprehensive Measuring Instrument

Only load axle housing once, and use comprehensive measurement tool, which has Maposs contact sensor, to measure the pipa hole, transverse distance, axial hole and its position, and the measurement accuracy is 2μm.
