Core Setting Inspection
Robot arm proceeds visual scanning & positioning before grasping the core, launch second scanning after grasping, for adjusting location precision compensation. Process scanning and positioning to cavity before core setting, then finish the core setting action.

Cold Iron position inspecion
Locate Cold Iron Through Projection. Recognize any missed cold iron or precision via AI visual function after placement. Alarm will be initiated if process not conform to the requirements. Working line resume running after alarm released.

Forbidden Zone Personnel Monitoring
When the equipment is abnormal or in normal maintenance condition, the monitoring system will identify the personnel entering and leaving the forbidden area. The equipment can not be started if any personnel is within the zone.

Mechanical Processing Workshop 1 - Main Production Equipment
There are 6 mechanical processing lines (annual capacity 150,000 pcs) and 1 spray line (annual capacity 216,000 pcs) in workshop 1. It meets requirements of flexible mechanical process of many types of axle housings. The lines equipped with high precision 4-axis rotary table, Maposs automatic measuring instrument, Renishaw infrared probe and automatic hydraulic pressure tooling. The max axle housing length of mechanical processing is 2300mm, the axle housing rotary diameter 850mm, the bearing position can achieve grade 6 accuracy and roughness achieves Ra0.4.

There are 3 mechanical processing lines (annual capacity 250,000 pcs) and 1 electrophoresis coating line (annual capacity 300,000 pcs) of workshop 2. It meets air suspension integrated axle housing mechanical processing work. The lines are equipped with Maposs automatic measuring instrument, Renishaw infrared probe, gantry manipulator, articulated robot, AGV cart, MES system. The max axle housing length of mechanical processing is 2300mm, the axle housing rotary diameter is 1500mm, the bearing position can achieve grade 6 accuracy, and the roughness achieve Ra0.4.
