Manufacturing capabilities

NorStark China has 2 casting sites and 1 mechanical processing site, with annual capacity of 380,000 pieces in casting parts and 400,000pieces in mechanical finished goods. NorStark has the full capability from raw materials to parts and components processing, with strong quality control process equipped with AI visual technology.

Development Capabilities

There are 52 R&D engineers & technicians in NorStark, including 8 experienced senior R&D engineers with more than 10 years OEM or axle assembly plant experiences. NorStark R&D team research and develop products with systematic perspectives of vehicle development, driving system development and boundary identification, also establish long term cooperation with leading Universities in China.

Testing and Research Capabilities

The inspection & testing equipment can operate full procedure inspection, such as raw material inspection, mechanical performance and metallographic structure inspection. With new micro-alloying and precise solidification structure of casting process controlling technology, NorStark has developed casting material: QT700-10, QT800-8 QT900-6 and QT1000-5, and already applied the materials in mass production.
